Sometimes I just don't feel great in my body. When I feel like that, I tend to separate my "self" from my body, and that helps me gain the confidence I need to get through the day (and especially when making content). Today I decided to switch it up and really settle my "self" into my body, be curious about why I'm unhappy with it in this moment, and practice some gratitude. Thanks body, for getting me through every single day in this life so far 💕 PS: I don't intend for the above to prompt any compliments. I am very lucky to receive affirmation daily and I always appreciate it. Thank you always for sending your love! This post was more about self love.
