Wk 1 195lb Wk 2 205 Wk 3 215 Wk 4 230 (Example for someone with a max bench of 350lbs and doing this as a secondary exercise)

π» or shaved? You should train your back 1-2 times a week directly with 8-12 working sets total. Keep reps over 5 and below 15 (excluding deadlifts). Donβt switch exercises every week. Cycle through exercises every 3-4 weeks. 2 row and 2 pulldown movements usually works best.
