I do apologize for the problems you and your followers have been experiencing lately. We have been undergoing some updates to our system over the last week or two. Some of the problems you list are among those we have noticed. We ask that you please be patient as we work out these kinks and make our site run more efficiently.
Also, more and more cash app sites are offering accounts similar to bank/debit accounts. As you are aware, we do not accept these on our platform. We are seeing a growing number of people attempting to use those accounts and not understanding when they are rejected. As always, we recommend that you direct these customers to us. This will ensure you, the creator are protected from those who are just fishing to get free content on a profile that they never intended to pay for from the beginning.
