Added 2023-07-31 18:35:22 +0000 UTC😈 The heaviest barbell for biceps curl in my gym is 78 lbs (35 kg) and it is almost too easy for my bursting biceps💪🏻 Also did some nice bent over row with 220 lbs (100 kg) and some weighted pull ups with 44 lbs (20 kg ) 🦍 Gotta keep the game going strong🔥🥵
