Added 2022-08-06 02:13:02 +0000 UTCこの二日間位、ほとんどを寝て過ごした。 こんなに寝られるなんて体力が有り余っていたのだろうか😕 すごくすごく、筋肉痛と眠気と体の疲れを感じていた。 夏土用が終わってから😮💨🥱 この二日間位ずっとジムに行きたい、行かないとと思いながら寝ていたので気分が良くない🤯 やりたい事をやらなかったから、自己肯定感を下げる手順を自ら選択してしまった🫥 ただ、この時点で気がつけたことはとても大きな成長だと自分を褒めた。 やりたい事がいっぱいあって、やらなくてはいけない事にもとらわれて焦りを感じている。 多分体調の問題ではない、自分に対する焦りがこの良くない選択のサイクルを作っているのだろう🤔 土曜日でジムは死ぬほど混んでいるだろうけど、とりあえず何するわけでもないけど行こうかな🤔 そしたら自分を褒めよう👏 ・ I spent most of the last two days sleeping. I wonder if I had enough energy to sleep like this. I was feeling very, very sore muscles, sleepy and tired. After the summer Saturday 🥱 I've been lying awake for the past two days thinking I need to go to the gym, I need to go 🤯 and I don't feel good 🤯 I didn't do what I wanted to do, so I chose to take steps to lower my self-esteem 🫥 But I patted myself on the back for realizing at this point that it was a very big growth. I have so many things I want to do, and I feel so caught up and impatient with the things I have to do. Maybe it's not a physical condition issue, maybe it's my impatience with myself that is creating this cycle of not so good laundry 🤔 I know it's Saturday and the gym will be crowded to death, but I'm not going to do anything anyway 🤔 Then I'll pat myself on the back 👏
