


okay helloooo strong core and big ol' bush i see why body builders oil themselves up before posing. enhancing those high points and deepening the crevices im so proud of my strength. i put in so much time each week dedicated to movement, one of the best ways to honor my body. so many people take their healthy bodies for granted, limiting their own mobility and, in turn, harming themselves. ive seen people close to me limited by physical disabilities and, with my own personal experience with pain, ive chosen to take my body on this journey of strength. im so fortunate to have the ability to do this in the first place ♡ from casually dancing along with music to attempting to invert my body in ways that scared me initially to lifting more than my body weight, im grateful for these experiences. i think its so powerful for me because i find it so difficult to actually tap into movement and control my own body. trying to move in the way that my brain tells me is already so difficult so this is challenging on a mental as well as physical level. i recommend you challenge yourself in some way in your life. it's so fulfilling and a journey that will never end for me because there will always be a challenge i can face.
