

doing some restorative yoga today to help with pain and soreness. i often notice a decline in my flexibility and i get injured more easily when i haven't moved with intent. same with my mental health: if im not actively accommodating for myself and listening to my body, i can easily fall into the trap of decline. i need to make the time to meet myself where im at and provide myself with what i need in the moment. sometimes that's not always available, but im grateful im most often able to do what i need ♡
